Why these rates?
I reserve all my energy and vocal power for each of your sessions.
Therefore, I limit myself to one complete treatment per day or 2 classic treatments per day at most.
I want to use my experience to offer you all my attention and quality of personalized and targeted care based on the preparation we will have done together.

How many sessions to do and at what pace?
As in Reiki Usui, the "Deep" treatment (21 positions) can be performed by a practitioner once a month.
The "Classic" treatment (14 positions) can be performed by a practitioner once or twice a month.
The "Urgency" treatment (7 positions) can be performed by a practitioner when necessary.
Your self-care (be it 7, 14 or 21 positions) can be done on a daily basis with the Album-Therapy as your support.
How is the at-home treatment performed?
Your mission is to relax and listen to my voice while I perform the Reiki positions and chantings.
This treatment is possible on only one person at the time.​

Do you need specific equipment and clothing?
There is no special equipment, but a yoga mat or meditation cushion can improve your comfort if you practice your self-care while sitting or lying down.
As part of the at-home care, I will bring a folding massage table for optimal comfort.
You can keep your usual outfit, but opt for comfortable clothes so that you can let go completely and only focus on your healing.
