Monthly live ReikiVox treatment concerts
A monthly live concert during which I sing a ReikiVox treatment of 14 positions, with a phase of "preparation" and "awakening".
Concert dates will always be communicated in advance and you can also attend in person (Belgium).
You don't know if you will be able to attend? No problem! You will receive the recording of all the monthly concerts so that you can listen to them as many times as you want.
Monthly topics such as Reiki, Personal Development, Resilience and Music Therapy
A monthly topic update;
in the form of a video or e-book; it varies from month to month depending on the topic.
It contains practical exercises and guidance questionnaires.
This will always be shared at the beginning of the month.
You also receive a monthly challenge in order to better integrate the monthly theme into your daily life.
"Guest" sessions
Several times a year, an inspiring guest will be invited to develop and share one of our topic-centric discussions.

Guided meditations
Each month you receive a relaxing-energizing guided meditation (good quality audio) - which you can listen to anytime and anywhere.
Access to the Community's private Facebook group
In order to be able to keep sharing our thoughts in between sessions. You can ask me your questions and publish links with people who share the same values.
